IMAG that makes row Z feel front row
Shader cuts presenter tight shot to LED wall while line-array delivers delay-aligned speech to balcony — five thousand seats still read facial expression. Dual encoders keep YouTube live feed alive if primary appliance fails mid-keynote.

How we build Large Auditorium
IMAG delay
LED path aligned
Processor delay matches LED wall — presenter wave syncs on IMAG and live.
Line array
Balcony delay tuned
Array plus delay ring measured — RTA proof in commissioning report.
Main wall
Processor failover
Dual processor path — switchover under two seconds on fault.
Booth fiber
Shader away from stage
Fiber from booth to stage cameras — crew not crossing aisles mid-show.
