Technocart Business Machine operates this website to present our product catalog, solutions, and services and collect quote and consultancy inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Contact form

When you submit the quote form, your message is processed by our AWS-hosted contact API and emailed to our sales inbox (Amazon SES). Fields typically include name, company, email, phone, product, solution, or service interest, and message content. If you arrived from a marketing link (for example Google Ads), we may also store campaign tags such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier with your enquiry so we can understand which campaign led to your request.

Analytics and advertising

If Google Analytics is enabled via environment configuration, we may collect aggregated traffic metrics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). IP anonymization is requested when the analytics script loads. When you submit the contact form, a conversion event may be sent to Google Analytics so we can measure whether advertising campaigns result in quote requests. Google Ads may receive conversion data when our Google Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account.

Embedded video

Product pages and our videos hub may embed YouTube players. When you play a video, Google may set cookies or collect usage data according to YouTube's privacy policy.
